      <title>New Principal Search Feedback: 17/8/09</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Highly organised.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Every member was aware of the process.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The process was thorough and transparent.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It was easy to see from the beginning of the process what type/kind of person was to fill the principal's role.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The appointments process was very clear, robust and fair. I felt very comfortable about the whole process and was pleased that we appointed an external advisor to manage the process.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Q: To what extent were you engaged and involved today?
&lt;br /&gt;A:I found it really useful to be able to question and debate ideas - it is the only this debate that will allow people to feel part of the process&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Q: What was done well?
&lt;br /&gt;A: Explanation of the key competencies. I understand them well now!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;On the subject of curriculum essence statements:
&lt;br /&gt;I really like how the KC are broken into sections and then the big ideas and context can be included. Makes it very easy to follow. &lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Q: To what extent were you engaged &amp; involved today?
&lt;br /&gt;A: I enjoyed the whole day - stretched my thinking! Excellent presenter/excellent presentation.
&lt;br /&gt;A: Very engaged &amp; lots of involvement in discussion etc.
&lt;br /&gt;A: I like that we weren't pressured to speak up.
&lt;br /&gt;A: ...I particularly liked the way you as the facilitator drew our ideas together in summary.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Q: What was done well?
&lt;br /&gt;A: Clear! It was nice to have questions answered articulately &amp; straight away.
&lt;br /&gt;A: Good...that the ideas were from the team.
&lt;br /&gt;A: Including &amp; encouraging everyone to share.
&lt;br /&gt;A: Leon had a good knowledge of what he was presenting &amp; guided us as a staff - he was supportive.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;[I] can take away &amp; read anything we didn't have time for.

      <title>Board of Trustees Training 1/5/2010</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Day well spent - I feel more informed about my role...on the BOT. Great opportunity to discuss &amp; clarify certain issues.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Real life examples of dilemmas helpful...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A great, informative session that really opens one's eyes to the importance of having a BOT in place and the huge responsibilities that go with it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Well planned. Reading material is well organised.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It's been a fruitful training...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;...extremely enlightening.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I like the casual, informal approach.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I became more aware of the vast array of NZ legislation that I need to know about...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A shared understanding was definitely achieved. The pace of the day was well orchestrated...Thanks - a great day!&lt;/p&gt;
